Jillian Mapes is a New York-based entertainment journalist working across all mediums, and she is currently a writer/editor/code monkey at Billboard.com. She's worked as a features reporter for the Indianapolis Star, as well as a digital manager/designer at a booking agency, Blackout Booking. Her byline has appeared in Billboard Magazine, The Hollywood Reporter, AOL Music, the Indianapolis Star, Paste Magazine, Yahoo, Reuters, Under the Radar, Full Sail University's Get In Media, and Metromix, among others.
